Return, Refund & Exchange Policy

At Confidence Cosmetics Sdn Bhd, customer satisfaction is important to us. Due to the nature of cosmetic and skincare products, we maintain strict quality and hygiene standards. Please read our Return, Refund & Exchange Policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. General Policy
All purchases made through Confidence Cosmetics Sdn Bhd are considered final. Returns, refunds, or exchanges are only accepted under the circumstances outlined in this policy.
2. Eligible Returns & Exchanges
Customers may request a return, refund, or exchange if:
• The item received is damaged during delivery.
• The item received is defective or faulty.
• The wrong item was shipped.
• The item received is incomplete or missing components.
• The product has expired before the date of delivery.
To be eligible, customers must notify us within *7 days* of receiving the order.
3. Conditions for Approval
To process a return or exchange request, customers must:
• Provide the order number or proof of purchase.
• Provide clear photos or videos showing the issue.
• Ensure the product is unused
• Return the product in its original packaging, including any accessories, inserts and promotional items received.
Confidence Cosmetics Sdn Bhd reserves the right to reject any claim that does not meet these requirements.
4. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for:
• Opened or used skincare and cosmetic products.
• Products purchased during clearance, warehouse sale, or final sale promotions.
• Products damaged due to misuse, improper storage, or customer negligence.
• Change-of-mind purchases.
• Products purchased from unauthorized resellers or third-party marketplaces not operated by Confidence Cosmetics Sdn Bhd.
5. Refunds
If a refund is approved:
• Refunds will be processed using the original payment method whenever possible.
• Processing may take *7–14 business days* depending on the payment provider or financial institution.
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was caused by Confidence Cosmetics Sdn Bhd.
6. Exchanges
Where applicable, approved exchanges will be processed after the returned item has been received and inspected.
If the requested replacement product is unavailable, we may offer:
• An alternative product of equal value,
• Store credit, or
• A refund at our discretion.
7. Shipping Costs
• If the return is due to our error (wrong, defective, damaged, or incomplete item), Confidence Cosmetics Sdn Bhd will bear the reasonable return shipping costs.
• For all other approved returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
8. Allergic Reactions & Individual Results
Our products are formulated with carefully selected ingredients; however, individual skin reactions may vary.
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for:
• Personal preference regarding texture or product performance.
• Allergic reactions, sensitivities, or adverse skin responses unless required by applicable law.
Customers are encouraged to review ingredient lists carefully and perform a patch test before use.
9. Order Cancellation
Orders may only be cancelled before they have been processed or shipped.
Once an order has been packed, fulfilled, or dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Confidence Cosmetics Sdn Bhd's liability shall be limited to the purchase price of the product concerned.
