Shipping policy

All Confidence Cosmetics orders are shipped from Malaysia and are fulfilled within 1-3 business days. Once it's processed, a confirmation email along with your parcel's tracking code will be sent to the email address that you use to sign up. You can expect your order to arrive within the times provided below. Please note that these are estimates, not guarantees. 

Standard domestic shipping via Poslaju & Ninja Van. Estimated to arrive within : 

• 1-3 business days (West Malaysia)
• 3-5 business days (East Malaysia)

For shipping outside Malaysia, it may take up to 14 business days to arrive depending on country. Please take note that during holidays, new product lunches, restock and promotion, order processing times may be subject to delays. We thank you in advance for your understanding.
