1. How much are they?
Our day moisturiser is RM69 and our night moisturiser is RM79. But! If you buy one set (both products) you only have to pay RM140. You save RM8 😉
2. Are these products for women only?
No! Both men and women and even teenagers are recommended to use our moisturisers. Our ingredients are gentle and safe even for people with sensitive skin. No matter age or gender, everyone is welcomed to try and love our products.
3. Are our products pregnancy safe?
Of course! Fun fact: our founder used both our moisturisers during her pregnancy and found that our ingredients even helped nourish and calm her dry irritated skin. So worry not, mummies! We have your back ✨
4. What is the texture like?
Both our moisturisers are a gel cream hybrid making them super nourishing without feeling sticky or oily. They both are creamy enough to hydrate and moisturise the skin adequately yet dries down semi-matte without feeling greasy on the skin! 🌞
5. Do we ship to Singapore?
NOW we do! Thank you to all our Singaporean followers for enquiring. It took a while but we are proud to announce that we do deliver to Singapore! Purchase our products via our website to ship to Singapore ✨
6. Can we see the ingredients list?
Of course! All ingredients lists are on our website and Shopee pages. Transparency is important and we would love for you to check our ingredients list before purchasing! We suggest you do too 😉
7. Do we have to apply SPF after applying Plump & Calm Day Moisturiser?
Our Plump & Calm Day Moisturiser is a 2in1 moisturiser and SPF so no you don’t have to! Just apply our day moisturiser and you’re good to go! We would suggest to reapply every 2 hours as you should with any SPF product. Better be safe than sorry 😉
8. I have oily skin, are these products suitable for me?
Yes! Both our products are formulated for combination and sensitive skin making them suitable for most skin types. Even our SPF moisturiser is lightweight enough for our humid weather. It’s a must try!
9. Do you ship internationally?
As for now we only ship to Singapore through our website. But fret not! Just send us a chat on our website with your address and we will try our best to send it to you wherever you are. Thank you for your understanding! 😇
10. Are the products halal?
Of course! All of our products and factories are halal-compliant. All our ingredients are all-natural, vegan and cruelty free. Here at Confidence Cosmetics, we not only care for the environment but the animals too.
11. Does Confidence Cosmetics have any other products apart from Day and Night Moisturisers?
Yes! Fret not! We have a Gentle Gel Cleanser with Prebiotics and an Essence Toner with Green Tea. Also known as The Hero Duos are RM 58 and RM 62 respectively. But you can get a discount of RM 10 when you buy them as a set!
12. Is it possible to buy the products all together?
Yes of course! The Basic Set includes all our products including Gentle Gel Cleanser with Prebiotics, Essence Toner with Green Tea, Plump & Calm Day Moisturiser with SPF 50++ and Seal & Soothe Night Moisturiser with Ceramides. You can get the whole set for only RM250 on all our platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, Website, and TikTok shop.
13. Why Essence Toner?
Our Essence Toner with Green Tea is hydrating and brightening. It tightens and soothes the skin while reducing the appearance of large pores, preventing breakouts and irritation on the skin. Working as both a toner to cleanse left over impurities and an essence with added skincare benefits.
14. Why Gentle Gel Cleanser with Prebiotics?
Our Gentle Gel Cleanser with Prebiotics deeply cleanses to help prevent breakouts, increase hydration and remove unwanted impurities. The prebiotics nourishes the good bacteria on your skin creating the perfect microbiome for your skin for optimum absorption of products.
15. Where can I find Confidence Cosmetics products?
Currently, we are fully e-commerce. Our products can be found on our official Website, Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop and our business WhatsApp.
16. Do we have a Serum?
As for now, Confidence Cosmetics does not have any serums yet. But The Basic Set should be able to work well enough without a serum.
17. Can I get a discount if I return my empty bottles?
Yes, everyone is eligible to join our sustainability programme. You can get a 30% discount when you return at least 5 empty bottles!! Just whatsapp us to schedule returns.
18. Are there any differences between the Miniatures and the Basic Set?
The products are exactly the same except they differ in their sizes. The Miniatures Set are all 30ml in size and are suitable for on-the-go people and travellers. We also recommend The Miniatures Set for first-timers to try all our products before committing to the full sized set. As for The Basic Set, products are less than 100ml so you can also bring them when travelling for longer trips. Fun fact! All our bottles have been spill tested, so worry not. The products will keep your belongings safe.
19. Is the Day Moisturiser with SPF 50++ a chemical or physical sunscreen?
Our new formulation of Plump & Calm Day Moisturiser with SPF 50++ is a chemical sunscreen. It contains Butyl Methoxydibenzoylmethane also known as Avobenzone. This is the only global approved chemical sunscreen that provides broad spectrum protection against UVA and UVB rays across all ranges. But, remember to reapply your sunscreen every 2 hours and avoid being in direct sunlight for prolonged hours even with the use of sunscreen.
